PREPARATION STEPS FOR SAVORY PUFF PASTRY WITH BROCCOLI AND SALMON
Arrange the puff pastry in the mold, keeping the parchment paper that is already in the package, raising a little of the dough also on the edges of the pan.
Using a fork, poke some holes in the bottom, then sprinkle it all with a generous tablespoon of breadcrumbs.
Wash the florets of the broccoli and cut them into slices about half an inch thick.
Cut the fresh salmon fillet into cubes.
Beat the eggs with the cream in a bowl and add the grated cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper, then arrange the salmon and broccoli before baking for about 30/40 minutes or according to the characteristics of our home oven.
Let it cool and serve.
