A somewhat festive fresh pasta with lots of shrimp stars, a dish that you can make by preparing fresh egg pasta at home or using the ready-made sheets you find at the supermarket for making lasagna.
The sauce is quite quick with shrimp in brine, butter, lemon zest, and a little juice that leaves a delightful taste on the palate.

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 14.1 oz all-purpose flour
- 7.1 oz shrimp (in brine)
- 3.5 oz Butter
- 1 organic lemon (juice and zest)
- to taste dill
- to taste semolina

Preparation
Make a well with the flour and place the eggs in the center.
Start kneading with the prongs of a fork until you obtain a smooth dough that is firm but not hard.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
After the time has passed, roll out the pasta with a rolling pin or machine, making a thin but not too thin sheet…
With a star-shaped cutter make the pasta, which you will leave well spread on the work surface just dusted with semolina.
Melt a knob of butter in a pan.
Sauté the shrimp rinsed under running water and well-drained.
Leave them over medium heat for 2/3 minutes then add the remaining butter.
Turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper, and add some dill leaves.
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water to which you have added a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Drain it, then pour it into the pan, adding a little organic lemon zest and a splash of lemon juice.
An ultra-tasty and very simple dish…
