Ingredients
- 3.5 oz Dark chocolate
- 3.5 oz Flour
- 3.5 oz Butter
- 3.5 oz Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 packet baking powder (FOR MICROWAVE COOKING)
Preparation
using an electric mixer for 5/6 minutes.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and let it cool or at least warm up the mixture.
Combine the whipped eggs with the butter and chocolate mixture and gradually add the sifted flour with the instant baking powder.
Pour the mixture into the greased mold and place it in the microwave to cook the chocolate cake for 15 minutes at maximum power.
