In pastry, there are many flavors used to prepare various desserts, including coffee, citrus fruits, vanillin, and vanilla. Ingredients SOFT MOCHA CAKE RECIPE

  • 2 1/8 cups Flour
  • 1 1/8 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter (soft)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons Strong Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Instant Coffee
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Vanilla Bean
  • 5 Eggs

Preparation SOFT MOCHA CAKE RECIPE

  • First, dissolve the instant coffee in freshly made espresso. In a bowl, whip the already soft butter with the sugar and seeds of the vanilla bean.

  • Now add the eggs, adding the next only after the previous one has been absorbed and fully mixed.

  • When the mixture is well whipped, pour in the sifted flour with the baking powder. Grease and flour the 8.7-inch mold.

  • Pour in the batter, leveling it well. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or according to the characteristics of your oven.

  • Let it cool and unmold the soft mocha cake, dusting it with powdered sugar if you like… Enjoy your soft mocha cake!
