Strawberry and Streusel Delicious Cup

I love strawberries and during this period, I eat them in large quantities and often without making complicated preparations because for me they are delicious even just with a little sugar and lemon! Today, with a container of fresh cream about to expire, I made the recipe for this strawberry and streusel delicious cup that is not very sugary but very creamy and crunchy due to the presence of large streusel crumbs, a delicious mixture made with rice flour, almond flour, powdered sugar, and  butter!!!

What is streusel? Streusel is a crumbly mixture with large grains and exquisite that I recommend you note down or save among your favorite recipes because it is very useful for making many small recipes!!!

Streusel can serve as a tasty base for a cheesecake, can be added to creams and fruit to provide the famous crunchy note that balances the preparations and is also so good to nibble with a fruit juice for a snack!

STREUSEL RECIPE*
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup rice flour,
1/4 cup butter,
1/2 cup almond flour,
1/2 cup powdered sugar.
PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix the powders evenly, then add the butter and with your hands, gradually incorporate it into the flours and sugar until you have crumbs of various sizes.
Place the crumbs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 340°F until golden as you can see from the photo.
After 5 minutes, I stirred the mixture and put it back in the oven for another 5-6 minutes, but adjust according to your appliance characteristics.
A pleasant aroma of cinnamon will fill the air (and I say this as someone who doesn’t love this spice…), and after turning off the oven, let everything cool completely before using it in various preparations.
This amount is enough to decorate or make a layer for at least ten small glasses, but consider that streusel keeps in metal boxes for several days, so you can easily make it in abundance.

  • 1 cup Mascarpone
  • 2/3 cup fresh cream (semi-whipped)
  • 8 tbsp streusel
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 4 leaves mint

Preparation of the Strawberry and Streusel Delicious Cup

  • Prepare the streusel which is uniquely delicious by following this recipe.

    Cut the washed and hulled strawberries into pieces.

  • Mix the mascarpone with the semi-whipped fresh cream.

    Gently combine the powdered sugar.

    In the chosen cup or glass, put the streusel at the bottom.

  • Pour the mascarpone and fresh cream mixture, leveling it as best as you can.

    Now add the strawberries cut into pieces and decorate with a fresh mint leaf.
