Ingredients RECIPE STUFFED PUFF PASTRY ROLL
- 1 roll Puff Pastry (about 9 oz)
- 4.5 oz sliced cheese (I used Maasdam)
- 6 oz Cooked ham (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 yolk
- to taste Poppy seeds

Preparation RECIPE STUFFED PUFF PASTRY ROLL
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Roll out the pastry and cut it into 4 parts as you can see in the picture.
Place a slice of cold cut and a slice of cheese on each rectangle of puff pastry, then roll up the strip as if it were a cannoli.
Arrange the stuffed puff pastry rolls in the pan trying not to leave spaces or gaps.
Beat together the milk and yolk and carefully brush the puff pastry roll then sprinkle it with the POPPY SEEDS.
Bake the stuffed puff pastry roll and cook for about 20/30 minutes until you see the surface golden and puffy.
We finished it in two seconds, darn it, and I’ll definitely make it again with other ingredients… MAKE IT AND SEE HOW GOOD IT IS… Enjoy your meal!
