The pseudo recipe for the super quick chips tortilla cooked in a pan is a silly thing I tried after reading it on a French blog because the curiosity was too strong!
I must say it is enjoyable to eat with a creamy sauce and I recommend tasting it warm, not at room temperature!
At a appetizer buffet it is to be served in small wedges or squares and it is really not bad!

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE SUPER QUICK CHIPS TORTILLA Recipe Cooked IN A PAN
Smash the chips still inside the bag to reduce them into small pieces.
Wash the spring onion and chop only the green part of the stem, chop a little garlic from the doses… I like it but with small quantities!
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the crumbled chips, mixing well the mixture hahahaha!
Add the spring onion, minced garlic, and parsley then adjust the salt (be mindful of the already salty taste of the chips package) and also add a little pinch of black pepper.
Heat a little bit of oil in a pan and then pour the oven-baked chips mix, leveling well and making a nice well-shaped circle.
After about 3/4 minutes, turn the omelet/tortilla and continue for the same time on the other side.
After a total cooking time of about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and place the tortilla on a plate with kitchen paper and let it cool for a few minutes,
Et voilà… the super quick chips tortilla cooked in a pan is ready to be made into wedges and enjoyed with a little appetizer silliness!
Personally, just to add some calories, I would serve it with a dollop of mayonnaise or barbecue sauce!
Enjoy this silly little recipe!
