- 3 bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cups multigrain flour
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)
- 1 lemon (juice to prevent bananas from browning)
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon

I grease a loaf pan with the appropriate release agent and proceed to slice a banana lengthwise, moistening it with lemon juice so that it doesn’t brown over time and set it aside.
To the banana and liquid mixture I gradually add these “dry ingredients” mixing well to obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.
I pour everything into the loaf pan, add the banana sliced in half earlier, and the coarsely chopped dark chocolate.
I bake the sweet banana bread with chopped dark chocolate at 340°F for about 50/55 minutes or depending on the characteristics of our home oven,
