- 5 peaches (clearly depends on the size)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 oz mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet vanillin
- as needed powdered sugar

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE SWEET HEART WITH PEACHES AND MASCARPONE RECIPE
I start beating the eggs with the sugar till obtaining a fluffy and light mass where I also add the vanillin.
I sift the flour with the baking powder, adding it little by little and with movements from bottom to top.
I also add 2 peaches washed and cut into pieces and in small touches the mascarpone mixing well with a spatula or a hand whisk.
I grease the mold with the release agent or line it with parchment paper and pour the batter leveling it well.
I wash, pit, and slice thinly (I am never as precise as I’d like) which I will place on the batter trying to reform the heart following the edges of the mold and occupying all the space.
If you like, add a little sugar grains and bake at 340°F letting it cook for 40/50 minutes or according to the characteristics of our home oven.
After the toothpick test, I turn off the oven and let it cool down before unmolding the heart shaped cake with peaches and mascarpone and proceed with tasting!
