The tagliolini gratin with cold cuts is a baked pasta dish with a deliciously crispy crust and very savory and appealing!

I used bacon, raw and cooked ham, and the result was excellent, to say the least!

- 1 lb oz egg tagliolini
- 3 1/2 oz oz cooked ham
- 3 1/2 oz oz raw ham
- 7 oz oz sweet bacon
- 1 2/3 cups cups béchamel

To prepare this very appetizing baked first course with tagliolini, first, cut the chosen cold cuts into strips or dice.
Boil for just a minute the fresh egg tagliolini, and after draining and thoroughly drying them, lay them (spreading them a bit) on a kitchen towel to dry.
At this point, we can …
1) layer first a bit of béchamel, then the tagliolini, followed by béchamel, and finally the minced cold cuts, or …
2) mix all these ingredients evenly in a bowl, then pour them into the baking pan and smooth them slightly at the top.
Sprinkle the pan with the tagliolini gratin with cold cuts with grated cheese and put everything in the oven for about 20 minutes at 356°F.
