Tapas with watermelon arugula Brie and a few drops of balsamic cream… an appetizer, an amuse bouche, 3 ingredients that go very well together and are enhanced by the balsamic dosed in a few drops on top of everything!
I was thinking of putting feta, but this creamy cheese works great because the watermelon is fresh, I dare say basic, and with the creaminess of the Brie, everything balances wonderfully.
The arugula is slightly bitter and …what about the balsamic? Mmmmmhhhh not a bad appetizer, I highly recommend it!!! Clearly, it is not a recipe, it is a photo that inspires trying an edible idea ….
I also suggest other recipes with watermelon or watermelon: Watermelon feta blackberry finger food;
Watermelon cream; Summer cocktail watermelon and prosecco; Chocolate chip watermelon popsicles;
Watermelon sorbet; Watermelon and fruit salad.

Tips and notes
With the word Tapas it indicates a variety of sweet and savory preparations typical of Spanish cuisine always as appetizers or aperitifs. I don’t know if the term matches this little recipe, but… I liked it and named it that way!
