Today in Bologna the weather is uncertain: clouds alternate with the sun in the sky and on the 5th floor of my little house, the breeze is very, very pleasant!! This recipe for tasty cold pasta salad I prepared last night for dinner and Andrea loved it because he (less so for me…) loves celery and shellfish and he ate a big plate!

I have to stay calm in the city for several more days or even weeks, so you will often find fresh and quick dishes, but now let’s go to the kitchen to prepare the recipe of the tasty cold pasta salad quick and delicious!

Ingredients RECIPE Tasty Cold Pasta Salad
- 9 oz penne
- 2 stalks of celery
- 9 oz shrimp tails (blanched and peeled)
- 2 large zucchinis (only the green part)
- 20 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste fine salt
- 1 tablespoon sweet mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Preparation RECIPE Tasty Cold Pasta Salad
First of all, put the pan on the stove with the salted water where the pasta will be cooked later.
Meanwhile, as it comes to a boil and you will pour the penne of the tasty cold pasta salad, grate the washed and dried green part of the zucchinis and put it in a bowl large enough to hold the other ingredients.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and pat them dry with a cloth or kitchen paper.
Add them to the bowl with the grated zucchinis.
Also add the shrimp tails and mix the ingredients.
Slice the washed and cleaned celery stalks.
Create an emulsion with extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and fine salt.
Drain the pasta al dente and quickly rinse it under cold running water.
Drain it again thoroughly and add it to the zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, shrimp tails, and sliced celery.
Season this pasta salad with the mustard dressing and mix very well to flavor the freshly cooked pasta perfectly.
Let it rest in the refrigerator until it’s time to enjoy it (at least 30 minutes). The tasty cold pasta salad is really delicious, I highly recommend it, enjoy your meal with this tasty recipe!
