A soft dessert, the Tiramisu Bundt Cake, a recipe with mascarpone and coffee found online with a delicate taste that is suitable for breakfast, the so-called pantry cake.

It’s rare for me to make such a big cake because there are two of us, and we are always weighing ourselves because we love eating. This super cake actually went straight to Andrea’s dad’s house, who is thrilled to help us by sharing especially the sweets I prepare!

I used a super mold called charlotte bundt

bought on Amazon, 10 inches in diameter, very beautiful but you can’t see it because all the grooves are… underneath!

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups g all-purpose flour
  • 5 tbsp g corn oil
  • 1 cup g mascarpone
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 coffee cup coffee
  • 4 tbsp g unsweetened cocoa powder (but sweetened might be better)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup g sugar

Steps

  • Start preparing the Tiramisu Bundt Cake by whipping the whole eggs with sugar until very soft and light.

Add the mascarpone and mix well, then add the corn oil, the sifted flour with baking powder, and finally the vanilla extract.

As seen from the video, I weighed the batter and divided it into two approximately equal parts.

To one of these I added the coffee, mixing well with a spatula.

Butter and flour the pan and start layering the batter to properly marbling the Tiramisu bundt: light batter, a sprinkle of cocoa (sweetened is better for me because I made it with unsweetened but the sweetened one is lightly sugared), and coffee-flavored batter.

Once this first series of layers is done, start over… until you finish the prepared batters.

Just bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C), cooking the Tiramisu-flavored cake for about 40/45 minutes or according to your home equipment.

    Enjoy your meal!
