TIRAMISU’ CHEESECAKE WITHOUT EGGS

Ingredients for TIRAMISU’ CHEESECAKE WITHOUT EGGS

  • 1.5 cups Digestive Biscuits
  • 5.6 tbsps Butter (melted)
  • 10.6 oz Mascarpone
  • 10.6 oz Cream cheese (like Philadelphia)
  • 6.4 oz Fresh liquid cream (semi-whipped)
  • 1.4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (for me Pane degli Angeli)
  • 2 packages Savoiardi
  • to taste Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • to taste Savoiardi
  • to taste Instant coffee (for me espresso)

PREPARATION FOR TIRAMISU’ CHEESECAKE WITHOUT EGGS

  • For the cheese cream, mix with a hand whisk or an electric one in a large bowl the mascarpone with the creamy cheese and the cream.

    Add the powdered sugar and mix everything well, obtaining a delicious mixed cheese cream.

    Let’s also prepare the espresso coffee or the one with instant coffee.

    Personally, I dilute it with a little water and half a teaspoon of sugar, but it’s a matter of personal taste…

  • Take the mold and proceed by putting about half of the cream on the bottom of biscuits.

  • Soak part of the savoiardi in coffee and cover the cheese cream.

    Sprinkle everything with unsweetened cocoa powder.

  • Now distribute the remaining part of the cream leveling the tiramisu without eggs well.

    Always using a sieve, cover our spoon dessert with more cocoa and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

    Serve at the table and enjoy this easy no-bake and very delicious dessert, the tiramisu cheesecake without eggs!
