P.S. The coronavirus responsible for the respiratory disease COVID-19 has monopolized all media for a week, and even the city of Bologna has its first infected! Yesterday I went to the Leclerc supermarket at Pianeta in via Larga at a time always crowded, and the underground parking was almost deserted…
I don’t want to discuss the containment measures taken by the government, I’m certainly not an expert and would need at least a crash course on various dynamics, but without a doubt, the situation of “it’s nothing but a simple flu” is going beyond, I believe!
I personally am living my usual life, including my delicious breakfast at the bar, and will continue to shop and move around as always.
A thought of closeness goes to people who found themselves, in two and two four, fenced in a small perimeter and live many situations that, on an emotional and physical level, I believe are particularly heavy…

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE TOAST WITH CHAMPIGNONS AND FRIED EGGS
Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Put the EVO oil and the garlic clove in a pan and let it brown.
Then add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and let them cook for a few minutes.
In a baking tray, place the slices of bread, champignons, and cheese.
Bake at 375°F in a preheated oven for 5/6 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt.
While the bread toasts and the cheese starts to melt, put a drop of oil in a small pan, and when hot, add the eggs, then let the whites set completely.
Remove the tray from the oven and gently place each egg on the stuffed bread toast.
Add salt and pepper and some chopped parsley, and then awayyyyyy….to the table!
Enjoy your meal!
