    Place the whole wheat flour on a pastry board making a well or in a large bowl.

  • Add the white wine and knead; pour the extra virgin olive oil and the salt.

    Finish by adding the water to obtain a fairly homogeneous dough that we will then leave covered to rest for about 30 minutes.
