- green apple (1 large)
- pomegranate (1 ripe)
- 1 lemon (the juice)
- salt (a pinch)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Wash the salad well, remove the tougher leaves, dry it with a dry cloth and set aside. Wash the green apple, slice it thinly without peeling it, then soak it in a bowl with water and lemon.

Prepare a light vinaigrette based on extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of balsamic vinegar. Put the curly endive, the green apple, and the Pomegranate seeds in a salad bowl, dress with the prepared dressing, add a pinch of salt, and mix. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
