I finally made baked kale chips, I was so curious to taste them!
Super crispy and simple, they are a healthy and delightful snack.
I used the small and inner leaves whole.
I added a handful of sesame seeds.
I seasoned them.
Kale chips are customizable to taste, for instance by varying the seeds used and adding spices [from turmeric to smoked paprika].
Kale and sesame seeds are great sources of calcium.
