Baked Whole Wheat Tagliatelle Nests

The baked whole wheat tagliatelle nests are a quick and tasty alternative to the classic baked pasta.

I used rustic whole wheat tagliatelle that only require 5 minutes of cooking; there’s no need to cook them fully, just blanch them while keeping the nests intact.

Unlike the classic baked pasta, the tagliatelle nests will be compact and crispy, ideal for serving at a buffet.

The baked whole wheat tagliatelle nests constitute a complete meal as they concentrate the characteristics that distinguish a balanced meal in a single dish.
