Cold pasta with cherry tomatoes, basil, and parmesan

The cold pasta with cherry tomatoes, basil, and parmesan is a pasta salad with parmesan shavings or Grana, it is fresh and fragrant.

Quick: the only thing to cook is the pasta, the rest is added raw!

I prepared my pasta salad with yellow and red cherry tomatoes and flavored it with basil.

I added shaved parmesan.
The parmesan is a semi-fat cheese naturally lactose-free.
Cheese should be consumed no more than twice a week, in small doses, and it’s better to prefer fresh cheeses like low-fat ricotta.

The cold pasta with cherry tomatoes, basil, and parmesan is a one-dish meal as it concentrates the characteristics of a balanced meal in a single course.
