Ingredients

  • 5.6 oz whole wheat penne
  • 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil (raw)
  • to taste lemon juice
  • 1 pinch mixed peppercorns (with grinder)
  • smoked salmon (amount according to dietary plan)
  • to taste salted capers
  • to taste cherry tomatoes
  • leaves basil

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta until al dente, rinse it thoroughly under running water to cool it down and let it drain well.

    Pour the pasta into a large bowl or salad dish.

  • Separate the slices of smoked salmon and cut them into pieces.
