I made the light chocolate cream using the contents of a packet for hot chocolate in a cup without added sugars, namely:
• ciobar zero without added sugars [nutritional information].
It’s a simple chocolate cream, without eggs.
Following the packet instructions, you can prepare:
• a chocolate cream with water;
• a chocolate cream with milk;
according to taste and needs, more or less thick and creamy depending on the use.
Of course, chocolate cream with water and chocolate cream with milk have different nutritional values, keep this in mind within the meal or the snack in which you will consume them.

- 1 packet ciobar zero without added sugars (76 g)

Preparation
For my chocolate cream, I used a packet of ciobar zero without added sugars.
Sift the contents of one packet with a sieve.
Of course, chocolate cream with water and chocolate cream with milk have different nutritional values, keep this in mind within the meal or the snack in which you will consume them.
Chocolate Cream with Water
Prepare the hot chocolate following the instructions on the package using water instead of milk:
• pour the contents of the packet [76 g] into the small pot;
• mix by adding 1/2 cup of water a little at a time;
• heat over moderate heat and stir until it thickens and reaches the desired creaminess.Chocolate Cream with Milk

• pour the contents of the packet [76 g] into the small pot;
• mix by adding 1/2 cup of milk a little at a time;

• spreadable chocolate cream.Moreover, you can pour it into molds and store it in the fridge to set, obtaining a delicious and light chocolate pudding.
Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
Cut them in half or into slices.Prepare the light chocolate cream and pour it into molds.
Immerse the strawberries in the chocolate cream.
Store in the fridge to set.
Your light chocolate pudding is ready.
Great for breakfast and as a light dessert.
