Wash and dry lettuce, arugula, or lamb’s lettuce.In a bowl or a large salad bowl, pour:

– the celery;

season with a pinch of salt and grind the pepper, drizzle with a little raw oil and lemon juice more or less in the same quantity, add the basil or mint leaves or chopped parsley or oregano and mix.Plate up.
