Ingredients

  • 5.6 oz spaghetti
  • 2 whole dried red chilies
  • 4 stems parsley

  • Cook the pasta – make sure it’s al dente – rinse it under running water and drain.

    Meanwhile, just heat the garlic, oil, and chili sauce – the oil should not fry.
    Remove the red chilies and parsley stems from the pan.
    Pour the pasta into the pan with the sauce and mix.

    Plate.
    Add chopped parsley if you like, and grind a bit more pepper.
