The crispy and golden smoked paprika chicken on the outside and soft and succulent inside is a tasty version of the classic baked chicken.
Light, skinless.
I marinated the skinless chicken thighs and drumsticks with white wine – alternatively lemon juice – and seasoned them with a mix of herbs and spices and smoked paprika.
The smoked paprika, with its slightly spicy taste and fruity aroma, adds a smoky flavor reminiscent of barbecue sauce.
Tasty and delicious, irresistible!
