Preparation

  • Lay the pork loin slices on a cutting board.
    The loin or rib is a cut where the lean part can be visually distinguished from the fatty part, making it easy to trim.
    Trim any excess fat with a knife.

    Dust both sides of each pork loin slice with a mix of herbs and spices for roast.

    Lay the pork loin slices on the parchment paper.
    Grill the slices on both sides, just a few minutes of cooking is enough.

    Heat the non-stick pan.
    Lay the pork loin slices on the hot non-stick pan.
    Cook the slices on both sides, just a few minutes of cooking is enough.

    Plate.
    Grind a bit more pepper and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
