The whole wheat pasta with shrimp and artichokes is a delicate and light dish.
A delight!
I used shrimp, which you can replace with prawn tails or prawns according to availability and taste.
Briefly, it is worth remembering that they are crustaceans with low triglyceride content but high cholesterol content and also contain a small portion of available carbohydrates, reasons why they are not indicated and included in all diets.
This applies to all species of shrimp [from prawns to shrimp].
In my husband’s dietary scheme, shrimp are present and classified as foods to be consumed occasionally.
I used thinly sliced and blanched artichoke hearts.
The whole wheat pasta with shrimp and artichokes is a one-dish meal as it concentrates the characteristics that distinguish a balanced meal into a single course.
