Let’s see how to prepare the soup, it will be very simple.
Take the cauliflower, cut it into florets and wash it.
Wash and peel 7/8 fresh cherry tomatoes, any variety you like, piccadilly or datterino.
I remove the tomato skin to avoid finding it in the soup.
Take 2 garlic cloves and remove the skin.
Wash the vegetables and place them in a pan with a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
In a saucepan, sauté garlic, oil, cherry tomatoes, and a bunch of chopped parsley.
After a few minutes, pour in about half a liter of water and salt.
As soon as it boils, add the cauliflower and let it cook.
When the cauliflower is tender, add the pasta you like most and cook until done.
If you see that the water has dried up too much, add a little.
