- brown sugar (0.56 oz (about 3 teaspoons))
- milk (2 cups)
- cornstarch (1.4 oz)
- A few drops almond essence
- nuts (optional for decoration)

Take the pot and add cocoa powder, cornstarch, and sugar.
Using a spatula, mix them well together.
Now start slowly pouring in the milk, drops of almond essence and dissolve the powders well.

When the mixture begins to boil and the cream starts to thicken, it’s ready.
Proceed to portion into cups.
Take the cups of your preferred shape and if you want to make the cream richer, place a chocolate cube in the center.
