You make it with water, honey, and unsweetened cocoa, nothing else is needed.

You can always enjoy it even in the summer, because you store it in the fridge without problems.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons wildflower honey
  • 3/4 cup water (at room temperature)

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Jar
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Spoon

Steps

  • As I was saying, it will be very easy to make this spread.

    Take the blender or a food processor and pour in the room temperature natural water.

    Also add the unsweetened cocoa.

    Add the honey as well and blend for 3/4 minutes until all the ingredients have thickened and combined.

    If you prefer more sweetness, you can add 3 tablespoons or adjust to your liking.

    Just taste (once ready) and adjust to your liking.

    I put two because I like it that way.

    Open the blender and check the consistency, it should have the same texture as store-bought spreads.

    The smoothness and creaminess of this simple but so inviting preparation will pleasantly surprise you.

Tips for storing the cocoa spread

The cocoa spread can be stored for up to a week in a covered glass jar in the refrigerator.

Do not leave it at room temperature as it may spoil and mold.
