- 28 oz gastronomic panettone
- to taste mayonnaise
- to taste tuna sauce
- 5 oz gouda cheese
- 3.5 oz provola cheese (3.5oz)
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz mortadella with pistachios
- 7 oz spreadable cheese
- 3.5 oz robiola cheese

Steps
We have the ingredients, now we just need to assemble our panettone.
I took the panettone and cut it into 7 layers.
I started filling the panettone starting from the base.
I alternated the layers, first with a spread of mayonnaise, then with a layer of cheese, (I started with gouda) then spreadable cheese.
Before placing the next disc, I spread the surface that would come into contact with the already filled disc, so it would remain softer and more seasoned.

I continued like this until the end of the layers.
I prepared it the day before, one, to get ahead with preparations, two, because the sauces and cheeses would blend even better in my opinion.
And so it was.
