Ingredients
Let’s see the ingredients we need to prepare this recipe
- potato gnocchi (1.1 lbs)
- to taste tomato sauce
- mozzarella (10.5 oz)
- to taste grated Parmesan
Steps
First, I boiled the water and cooked the potato gnocchi.
Once ready, I poured them into a sauce that I had previously made with fresh tomato, basil, and garlic. Of course, a meat sauce will be just as perfect.
I mixed and added the mozzarella cut into cubes. A sprinkle of Parmesan and off into the oven at 356°F for 10 minutes. Then I turned on the grill to brown the top for 3/4 minutes.
I took them out of the oven and savored these super creamy and delicious gnocchi.
Tips
You can also make the gnocchi with buffalo mozzarella, but be careful to squeeze out a bit of the excess milk, otherwise it will make the sauce watery. And then feel free to get creative and use other cheeses if you prefer.
