Korean Pancakes

I found the recipe for these delicious Korean pancakes on Gabriela’s amazing page. They conquered my taste buds 😋😋😋

  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Economical
  • Rest time: 1 Hour
  • Preparation time: 40 Minutes
  • Cooking methods: Slow fire, Stove
  • Cuisine: Korean

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchini
  • Half leek
  • spelt flour (1 cup (5 oz))
  • water (1/2 cup (4.5 oz) cold water)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (pinch)
  • drops balsamic vinegar (optional)

Steps

Let’s see how to prepare the delicious Korean pancakes

  • I started by preparing the batter, I put cold water and salt and added flour gradually, it should be neither too liquid nor too solid.

  • Wash and thinly slice all the veggies and set them aside.

  • Now add the sliced vegetables to the batter.

  • Take a non-stick pan and grease it like when you prepare sweet pancakes or crepes. Heat it up and pour small amounts of batter, one spoonful at a time. Flatten them a bit so they will cook better. Flip them several times until they are slightly grilled.

They will be ready when a nice crust has formed on the outside.

Hello, I'm Simona, and my page is called BriCciola in cucina, because I dedicated it to my mom and dad, who have called me that since I was little. I'm not a chef, and in my life, I've always dealt with completely different things, but cooking, along with dancing, has always been one of my great passions. However, my greatest inspiration came from the dishes prepared first by my grandmother and now by my mom. Here on my cooking blog, I'll guide you from appetizers to desserts, with recipes designed for a healthy and mindful lifestyle. Balanced dishes, carefully chosen ingredients, and lots of flavors, because eating well never means giving up pleasure. I love eating, but I also like taking care of my health, my family's health, and, in a way, the health of everyone who tries my recipes. That's why daily life should be rich in flavor, but always with a focus on healthy eating. Thank you, I look forward to seeing you.
