Mortadella and Ricotta Mousse is a soft and delicate savory cream, perfect for quick appetizers and snacks.

Mortadella combines with ricotta creating a light and enveloping mousse, ideal for spreading on croutons, savory snacks, or served in small glasses.

My mousse will be useful for many delicious preparations.

I filled empty crescent rolls that I previously baked in the oven.

But it will also be delicious for preparing canapés, sandwiches, and rolls for birthday parties and whatever else you fancy.

How to Store Mortadella and Ricotta Mousse

Place the mortadella and ricotta mousse in an airtight container made of glass or food-grade plastic.

Level the surface and, if you wish, cover it with cling film before closing the lid: it helps prevent oxidation.
