- 3 potatoes
- 2 red onions
- 1 clove garlic

Steps
First, wash the vegetables. Cut the purple cabbage, Tropea onions, potatoes, and garlic into pieces and place everything in a saucepan.
Add water to cover them and then add the salt.
Turn on the stove and cook for about 40 minutes. When the vegetables are soft, our preparation will be ready.
