Steps
In a bowl break the egg, add the sugar and softened butter, and start mixing with a fork.
Add a pinch of salt, almond essence, and sifted vanilla baking powder.
Also add the oil and continue to mix.
Now we add the powders. The rice flour and then the buckwheat flour.
When it is no longer possible to mix the mixture with utensils, start doing it by hand.
Depending on the absorption of the liquids, the flour weight to use may vary slightly from the quantities indicated in the ingredients.
Place the dough on the floured work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin, not too thin.
I made the cookies in two shapes, heart and stick.
The heart-shaped ones I cut out with the appropriate cutter.
The stick-shaped ones I made by hand.
I rolled a strip of dough and then cut the sticks with a knife.
With a finger, I recreated the holes in the center you see.
Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit, preheated static oven for 12/13 minutes.
