- 10.6 oz purple cabbage
- 4 potatoes
- to taste fine salt

Steps
First, I prepared the filling to put in the savory pie.
I washed and cleaned the purple cabbage and after chopping it, I put it to cook in a saucepan with oil, garlic, water to cover, and fine salt. The cabbage will be ready when it is soft. Once cooked, set it aside.
Then I washed and cleaned the potatoes. After cutting them into pieces, I simply boiled them in water and salt. Once ready, I drained and set them aside.
At this point, you can take the pastry you bought at the supermarket or made with your recipe or with my CRAZY PASTRY recipe. By the way, this time I made it with re-milled semolina flour, and it turned out just as exceptional. In fact, perhaps even crunchier.
So, we take the pastry, roll it out with the rolling pin, and then place it in our tin lined with baking paper. Prick the bottom with the tines of a fork and start assembling the savory pie. A layer of cabbage, a layer of Parmesan, then the potatoes, a sprinkle of rosemary if you like, and then more grated Parmesan to seal.
Bake the savory pie at 356 degrees Fahrenheit, fan setting for about 20/25 minutes. The pastry should be colored and golden.

Storage
If there are leftovers of the savory potato and cabbage pie, store it in the fridge for 2/3 days. When needed, just take it out of the fridge and reheat it in the oven. It will be just as delicious
