Steps
Take the sausage, remove it from the casing and place it in a saucepan with the minced meat.
Add a pinch of salt, a sprinkle of garlic powder or half a clove of finely chopped garlic, and a drizzle of oil.
Cook the meat and sausage for about 10 minutes, until they are browned. Once ready, let cool, then mix with the Stracchino cheese and Gorgonzola.
Using a fork, mash the cheeses and meat to form a single mixture that will be our basket filling.
Now let’s take the puff pastry, unroll it on our work surface, and with a pastry cutter or round cutter, cut out pastry discs that you will then place inside the muffin pan.
Grease the pan with oil, using a brush or whatever you have available.
Place a pastry disc on each cavity to form a basket, and once all the cutouts are arranged, start filling with the prepared filling.
Preheat the oven to 338°F in fan mode and when it reaches temperature, bake for about 30 minutes.
Before turning off the oven, check that the pastry is cooked.
