Sparkling Water Bundt Cake

Hello everyone, today I want to share with you my SPARKLING WATER BUNDT CAKE recipe. This fragrant and delicious cake is EGGLESS and made with Greek yogurt.

I think I’ve said enough already, (as always) so I’ll just leave you with the ingredients and the procedure. Will you come and prepare it with me?

  • Difficulty: Very easy
  • Cost: Economical
  • Preparation time: 15 Minutes
  • Cooking methods: Oven
  • Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients

Let’s see the ingredients needed to make the sparkling water bundt cake.

  • Greek yogurt (5.3 oz)
  • flour (2 to 2 1/8 cups)
  • sugar (1/2 cup)
  • seed oil (7 tbsp)
  • sparkling water (2/3 cup)
  • baking powder (1 sachet of vanilla-flavored baking powder)
  • fine salt (A pinch of salt)
  • vanilla essence (or edible citrus zest and/or cinnamon)

Tools

No special tools are needed, I prepared it in a bowl with a spatula known as a ‘rubber spatula’ or a fork. A baking pan and you’re done.

Steps

Let’s see the simple steps to make the sparkling water bundt cake.

  • First, mix the yogurt and sugar together. When they are nice and frothy, add the oil, salt (a pinch), vanilla essence, and lemon zest. Now pour in a first portion of flour gradually and continue mixing. When the batter gets a bit stiff, add the sparkling water, the remaining flour, and the sifted baking powder sachet. Everything is ready to be poured into our previously buttered and floured mold

  • At this point, we just have to bake. Static mode oven, preheated to 340°F for about 40 minutes. Before turning off the oven, always do the toothpick test. The bundt cake will be ready to be devoured. What will amaze you is the SOFTNESS of this cake, so simple yet so good and light.

Hello, I'm Simona, and my page is called BriCciola in cucina, because I dedicated it to my mom and dad, who have called me that since I was little. I'm not a chef, and in my life, I've always dealt with completely different things, but cooking, along with dancing, has always been one of my great passions. However, my greatest inspiration came from the dishes prepared first by my grandmother and now by my mom. Here on my cooking blog, I'll guide you from appetizers to desserts, with recipes designed for a healthy and mindful lifestyle. Balanced dishes, carefully chosen ingredients, and lots of flavors, because eating well never means giving up pleasure. I love eating, but I also like taking care of my health, my family's health, and, in a way, the health of everyone who tries my recipes. That's why daily life should be rich in flavor, but always with a focus on healthy eating. Thank you, I look forward to seeing you.
