Strawberry Brownies

Hello friends, the recipe we are presenting today is STRAWBERRY BROWNIES.

This recipe, besides being made together with Giusi, a fantastic food blogger, you can find the link to her page below (Pasticcidigiu) was born from a common exchange of ideas.

So, a sweet treat born exclusively from our empathy. The result was fantastic.

Here at my place, it disappeared quickly, and I can’t wait to make it again. Would you like to peek and see how we made it?

  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Cheap
  • Preparation time: 15 Minutes
  • Cooking methods: Oven
  • Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients

Let’s see the ingredients needed for our strawberry brownies

  • flour (1 3/4 cups)
  • unsweetened cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • water (1 cup warm)
  • vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
  • sugar (1/2 cup (I used 1/3 cup because I don't like it too sweet))

Steps

Let’s see the simple steps to make these wonderful and above all fluffy treats

  • In a bowl, start sifting the flour, cocoa, and baking powder.

Meanwhile, dissolve the sugar in the water and then pour it over the dry ingredients.

Now add the oil. Once ready, the batter will be nice and fluffy. Now we can pour it into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

  • Now insert the sliced strawberries. To prevent them from sinking into the batter, I lightly coat them in flour. You’ll see, this way they won’t sink.

Distribute the strawberries according to your creativity and imagination. As you can see, I sliced them into rounds with some sprinkles on top.

The cake should be baked in a static oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 29 minutes. After 25 minutes, check it, and possibly continue to 29. Everyone knows their own oven; for me, 29 is perfect for baking this super fluffy dessert.

  • Once ready, remove from the oven and let it cool.

Then cut into cubes on which you can sprinkle powdered sugar or even some strawberries as decoration. Enjoy your strawberry brownies

bricciola

Hello, I'm Simona, and my page is called BriCciola in cucina, because I dedicated it to my mom and dad, who have called me that since I was little. I'm not a chef, and in my life, I've always dealt with completely different things, but cooking, along with dancing, has always been one of my great passions. However, my greatest inspiration came from the dishes prepared first by my grandmother and now by my mom. Here on my cooking blog, I'll guide you from appetizers to desserts, with recipes designed for a healthy and mindful lifestyle. Balanced dishes, carefully chosen ingredients, and lots of flavors, because eating well never means giving up pleasure. I love eating, but I also like taking care of my health, my family's health, and, in a way, the health of everyone who tries my recipes. That's why daily life should be rich in flavor, but always with a focus on healthy eating. Thank you, I look forward to seeing you.
