  • 1 cup plain natural yogurt (I used whole, you can also use skimmed or lactose-free)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 12 almonds (I used roasted)
  • 4 tsp puffed millet
  • 4 tsp puffed whole grain spelt
  • 4 tsp whole rolled oats
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • 4 dried plums

  • The recipe we are preparing today is simple, quick, and very versatile.

    I love enjoying the yogurt cups both for breakfast and as a snack.

    When spring arrives, I prepare many different types of them.

    Let’s get to work..

    Take a bowl and pour the yogurt inside. I chose whole yogurt.

    You can also use skimmed or lactose-free.

    Add the oats, millet, spelt, honey, flax seeds, and chopped pitted dried plums.

    Mix with a spoon and blend everything together.

  • Once the mixture is ready with the indicated ingredients, we portion it into two bowls.

    Once the cups are ready, I added 6 almonds per portion on top of each.

    I finished with some spelt and millet flakes and a drizzle of honey.

    The cups are ready to be consumed.

    If you want, you can prepare them in advance and store them in the fridge for when you need them.

If you prefer to make them more substantial, you can also add chocolate chips and a teaspoon of hazelnut spread.
