Ingredients for Apple and Cinnamon Mini Cakes
- 1.6 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.6 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 0.4 cups milk
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 2 tsps ground cinnamon
- to taste light brown sugar (light)
- 0.3 oz baking powder

Apple Mini Cakes Preparation
Using the electric whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar until they become nice and frothy. Then gradually add the milk while continuing to beat until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, preferably using a manual whisk to blend all the ingredients with upward movements, so as not to deflate the mixture.
Meanwhile, wash and peel the apples, cut them into cubes, and drizzle them with the juice of 1 lemon, also add two teaspoons of ground cinnamon.Finally, fold the apples into the batter and pour the mixture into greased and floured molds. You can also use muffin cups or silicone ones without the need to grease them.
Level the batter well and sprinkle the surface with light brown sugar, bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 25 minutes. Always remember that cooking time and oven temperature are indicative, so always adjust to your oven. Remove the mini cakes from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
