Blackberry Ice Cream is easy to make, prepared with only 3 ingredients and without an ice cream maker. I used wild blackberries, but store-bought ones are also fine, as long as they’re nice and ripe. Blackberry ice cream can be prepared on a stick or in a cup, and the latter is perfect served as a dessert. Its light taste and creaminess will win you over at the first taste, also great for the little ones.

Blackberry Ice Cream Ingredients
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (Alternatively, vegetable cream is also fine)
- 1/3 cup condensed milk
- 3.5 oz blackberries
- to taste wafer rolls (to decorate the cups)
Tools
- 3 Bowls
- 1 Electric whisk
- 1 immersion blender
- 6 ice cream molds
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Ice cream scooper
Blackberry Ice Cream Steps
Pour the cold cream from the fridge into a bowl, and whisk it, but not until stiff peaks form, it should be soft. Then, add the condensed milk and continue whisking until you have a creamy mixture, but not too firm.
At this point, carefully wash and dry the blackberries, place them in a bowl, and use an immersion blender to create a puree. Now add them to the cream and condensed milk mixture that we prepared earlier.
Mix well and pour the mixture into molds to create ice cream on a stick, or into a loaf pan “preferably disposable” to create cup ice cream.
Let it solidify in the freezer for at least 5 hours. After the resting time, the ice cream on a stick is ready to be enjoyed. To make cup ice cream, just use an ice cream scooper to assemble the cups. We can enrich them with whatever we like: wafer rolls, nuts, chocolate chips, and much more. Also try the homemade apricot ice cream
