Christmas Brownies Steps
In a bowl, place the butter and add the dark chocolate, melt it in the microwave or in a double boiler.
Once the butter and chocolate are melted, add the sugar and mix well.
Now add the eggs and incorporate them well, then add the sifted flour and baking powder, continuing to stir.
Add the cocoa, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, as well as a pinch of salt.
Mix all the ingredients well, finally add the ground ginger and walnuts, and create the batter. Once ready, pour it into a 12×12-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Level the surface well and bake at 350°F in static mode for 30-35 minutes. The baking time is indicative, always adjust according to your oven. Before taking them out, do the toothpick test: insert it into the center, it should come out with a few crumbs attached for a perfect brownie. Soft inside melting in your mouth but with a light and crunchy crust outside. Remove from the oven and let them cool in the pan, then cut into squares and decorate with powdered sugar or with delightful gingerbread men. Check out the recipe and enjoy your treat!
