Christmas Snowman Muffins Steps

  • In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa. Add the sugar and mix all the ingredients.

  • After mixing the ingredients well, pour in the milk and use a spoon to blend the mixture together.

  • When the mixture is well blended, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix the batter and pour it into the cupcake liners, in a muffin pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 20/25 minutes. Always remember that baking time and oven temperature are indicative, so adjust according to yours.

  • Once ready, let them cool on a wire rack while you whip the cream until stiff, then put it into a pastry bag.

  • Now create the snowman. You might want to use a small spatula to shape it better. Once it’s ready, sprinkle shredded coconut on top for a snow effect. Then take a marshmallow and with some melted chocolate draw the eyes and mouth, and finally use a bit of gel food coloring for the nose. Let it dry and then gently place the marshmallow on top of the cream.

  • With the colored sprinkles, create the buttons, and with the chocolate chips, the arms. Now our snowman muffin is ready to be served… Enjoy your Sweet Treat!
