To prepare the Halloween cookie cake, I used 40 ladyfingers; in fact, I made a nice tall cake with three layers. If you want, you can use fewer cookies and make a smaller cake.

Start by pouring the milk into a nice large mixing bowl so you can soak the cookies.

  • Whip the cream with Nutella, making sure it’s very firm. Quickly dip the ladyfingers in milk (first on one side and then on the opposite side). Arrange them on a serving plate, preferably square, and create the base.

  • Now fill with whipped cream and Nutella, make a second layer of ladyfingers, and fill again with cream-Nutella, finishing with the third layer of cookies.

  • Now cover the entire surface and sides of the cake with cream. Arrange the Togo cookies around the perimeter of the cake, one next to the other, as if to create a fence.

  • In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or a bain-marie, pour it into a piping bag, and write on the Oro Saiwa cookies, then let the chocolate harden.

  • Blend the Oreo cookies “without the cream” with the amaretti cookies; they will serve to simulate the soil. Now you just have to place the Oro Saiwa on the cake, but make sure the chocolate is solidified.

  • Finally, spread the cookie crumbs, now your Halloween cake is ready. Let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour before cutting.

    Happy Trick or Treat!

Advice

If you want, the cake can be filled with different creams or if you love a more chocolaty taste, add more Nutella to the cream. It keeps in the refrigerator covered for a couple of days.
