storage and variation of quick muffins
The muffins should be stored at room temperature for 3 days, inside an airtight container.
If you’d like a richer muffin, you can enrich your batter with chocolate chips: Take the chocolate chips as needed, coat them with flour, and place them in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. This step will prevent all the chips from sinking to the bottom during baking. Remember to add them to the batter only at the end.
