Perfect for a sweet break, breakfast, or as a dessert after a meal, these brownies offer a much lighter and healthier version, yet still incredibly flavorful. Their texture remains super creamy and moist inside, with a delightful crust on top. Being lactose-free, they are also suitable for those with intolerances.
Preparation is really simple and quick: just a few steps to combine the ingredients and bake. They’re so good and healthy that the whole family, including children, can enjoy them.
For those who want a slightly sweeter taste, it’s possible to personalize the batter by adding about 40g of erythritol or another natural sweetener like stevia or maple syrup (in this case, balancing the liquids). However, even in their basic version without any added sweetener, these brownies are incredibly delightful, especially if enriched with a touch of vanilla or coffee to enhance the cocoa aroma. A real treat that wins over at the first bite!

Sugar-Free Brownies Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (Preferably ripe)
  • 1 egg
  • 0.4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.33 cups peanut butter
  • 0.33 cups almond flour
  • 0.2 cups erythritol (Sweetener is optional)
  • to taste dark chocolate
  • to taste powdered sugar

Sugar-Free Brownies Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas, then add the cocoa and mix well. Also, add the peanut butter.

  • Add the egg and create a creamy mixture, then add the almond flour. Take a baking pan and line it with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and level it well.

  • Place the dark chocolate squares on the surface and bake in a static oven at 356°F for about 30/35 minutes. Remember that the oven temperature is indicative; always adjust to your oven.
    The brownies should remain moist and creamy, perfect for breakfast and snacks. They don’t contain sugar, but if you don’t like the bitter taste of cocoa, just add a sweetener. Enjoy a treat without too much guilt!
