Advice and storage for White Chocolate Cream Tart
The cream tart can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days under a glass dome.
You can prepare the bases the day before as I did, or else prepare the shortcrust pastry, freeze it, and use it as needed.
The shortcrust can stay frozen for 2/3 months, but let it thaw in the fridge and not at room temperature.
