White Chocolate Dessert Steps
In a glass bowl, break the white chocolate and add the liquid cream, select low power and place the bowl in the microwave for a few minutes. The time needed to melt the chocolate, if you prefer, you can also do this step in a double boiler.
Once the chocolate is melted, let the mixture cool, then add the mascarpone. Be sure to add the mascarpone only when the chocolate has cooled otherwise the mousse may curdle. Now use the electric whisk to work the mixture for a couple of minutes, until it reaches a smooth and velvety consistency.
Pour the chocolate dessert into your cups and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Before serving, garnish with unsalted pistachios and hazelnut crumbs, you can also vary the nuts and add chocolate shavings or fresh fruit… Enjoy your treat!
